Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free (12 months for the price of 10), on every plan, BigMind Vault included. Same features.
How does the free trial work?
14 days on Standard, for 3 users with 50 GB each. No card needed. You can add a card and pick a plan, or BigMind Vault, in Billing whenever you are ready.
Is there a free trial of BigMind Vault?
Vault has no trial of its own. Sign up free, which starts a 14-day Standard trial for 3 users, then pick Vault in Billing when you are ready to buy.
What counts as a user?
A person with a login to your BigMind organization. All the computers one person uses count as one user. Servers are counted separately.
How are servers counted?
Separately from users. On Standard each server is $5 a month. Pro includes 2 servers for the account; more are $5 a month each. BigMind Vault plans include 3 to 40 servers, by size.
What if we run out of storage?
We email you at 80% and 95%, and we never stop backups silently. Move up a plan, or add storage by the terabyte: Hot $15, Cold $8 or Deep Freeze $5 a month, with no minimum term.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and it applies at once. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No fees for switching.
More than 50 users on a per-user plan?
Talk to sales about volume pricing and custom terms. Per-user plans can be bought online for up to 50 users. BigMind Vault plans include 25 to 250 users.
Only need disaster recovery?
DR-Only rebuilds whole computers and servers, with the Ransomware Canary, for $5 / user / month ($50 a year). It has 200 GB per user for DR images and no file backup: for files, choose Standard. For one computer, BigMind DR Free is free.
