Smart photos
The AI runs on your phone. Not on our servers.
BigMind groups the faces it finds, tags what is in each picture, and reads the text inside screenshots and receipts so you can search for it later. All of that happens on your own device. Your photos are never sent anywhere to be analysed, and no one at Genie9 can look through them.
- Face grouping, categories and text recognition, all on the handset
- Included on every plan, including Free
- You can rename, merge and split the groups it makes

What it finds
Sorted without being asked.
You do not tag anything, and you do not train anything. It happens while the phone is charging.
People
Faces grouped together automatically. Give a group a name, merge two that are the same person, or split one that is not.
Categories
Beach, pets, food, nature, documents. Tagged as the photos arrive, so you can jump to a kind of picture.
Text in pictures
The words inside a screenshot, a receipt or a photo of a whiteboard become searchable.
Timeline
Everything in date order, across the devices you have backed up.
Everything in one place.
People, albums, favourites, the folders from each device, and the things you have shared. The phone data sits alongside the photos rather than in a separate app, so contacts, messages and call history are in the same library as the pictures.
- People, albums and favourites
- Folders browsable per device
- Contacts, messages and calls in the same place

The usual bargain, refused.
Photo intelligence normally costs you privacy: your pictures get uploaded to someone's servers to be analysed, and you take it on trust that nobody looks. BigMind does the analysis on the hardware already in your pocket, so the bargain never comes up. It is also why we can give the feature to everyone, including free accounts, instead of reserving it for the top tier.
- Your photos are not sent away to be read
- No one at Genie9 can browse your library
- Included on every plan rather than gated behind the most expensive one
Photos upload to a server, a model reads them there, and you trust the policy.
The phone does the reading. Only the result travels, never the photo.
Find the photo you are thinking of.
Search a face, a thing, or the words written inside the picture.
