The rules
Four things to know.
Credit is not a fee
It is your balance to spend on clients. It is valid for 12 months and used oldest first.
Pay as you go
No monthly fee. Top up by card from $50, up to $5,000 per checkout.
Change tier any time
Move up and the new discount applies at once. Move down at the end of a month and keep your credit.
A floor on storage
Plans get the full discount. On storage and Vault it stops at a BigMind floor.

Floors: hot storage $11.70 a TB, cold $5.80 a TB, eDiscovery $3.30 a TB, Vault $7 per TB of the plan.
Usage prices: the same on every tier
Charged only when a client uses it. You set your own client price; the default is BigMind’s list.
- Fast restore from cold storage (2–6 minutes instead of 3–12 hours): you pay $0.19 a GB + $0.02 a file (list $0.25 + $0.03).
- Cloud Workspace, a cloud PC during recovery: you pay $0.16 / $0.32 an hour for Standard / Comfort (list $0.20 / $0.40), plus $0.32 a TiB-hour for the disk (list $0.40). Any 24 hours of running costs at most 16 hours’ worth.
- A cold start adds a one-off fee, passed through at cost: $2 up to 128 GB, $4 up to 256 GB, $8 up to 512 GB, $15 up to 1 TB.
50 Standard users on Growth.
A Standard user lists at $10. On Growth it costs you $6.80. Charge $12 and you keep $5.20 a user: $260 a month on 50 users. You choose the price, and the portal won’t save one below what we charge you.
