How credits work: Your monthly fee converts 1:1 into credits. Credits are consumed by customer subscriptions at wholesale rates. Example: A Growth partner ($800/month) can provision ~46 Standard users at wholesale pricing ($17.28/user retail → $13.82/user wholesale after 20% discount).
Free trial available: New partners get a 14-day trial at Starter tier with $200 in free credits — enough to provision test customers and evaluate the platform risk-free.
White-Label Capabilities
Every paid partner (Starter and above) can fully brand the platform as their own. Customers never see the BigMind or Genie9 name.

Flexible Pricing Control
