Standard — $10/user
Adds cloud file backup with 20+ connectors, Ops AI, storage tiering, AI Lens (faces / OCR / labels), Workspaces and Cloud Desktop.
Pro — $24/user
All VSS writers, WORM immutability and AI Lens Medical (DICOM) — the full platform.

A tier's monthly amount is prepaid credit, not a fee: you spend it on your customers and unused credit rolls over for 12 months. A Standard user (list $10) costs you $6.80 on Growth and $5.50 on Enterprise; Pro (list $24) $16.32 and $13.20. Storage and Vault stop at a BigMind minimum. You set the price your customers pay and keep the difference.
