Job Description
The developer will participate in the design, development and maintenance of high-performance,
end-user software. This position requires proven technical abilities in the areas
of C++ and Windows applications development. The software development position requires
one to work with new cutting edge technology which leads to an exciting yet challenging
time. One must be able to solve problems through research and continuously look
up new ways to enhance the software and the company.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- BS in Computer/Electrical engineering or equivalent
- C++ experience developing and delivering commercial end-user grade applications
- Experience with Win32
- Sound understanding of object oriented principles
- Understanding of software architectural issues as they are implemented in C++
- Good working knowledge of Open Source projects
- Knowledge in QT, Objective C, SQLite, and Lucene is a plus
- Knowledge/experience with Windows platforms and related software applications is
required
- Knowledge/experience with Windows server platforms and related software applications
is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, projects-based team environment
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and research skills
- A wide degree of creativity
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment
- Ability to interact effectively with people at every level of the organization
