 I lost my serial number. Where can I find it?
To retrieve lost registration codes for any of the Genie9 software titles; Login to My Account > Manage License Keys
 
 I forgot my password to My Account and cannot login. What should I do?
Place your email address here. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password and another email will be sent with your new password
 
 I keep getting a pop saying my trial period ended and my software won't register.
Please get your key from My Account > Manage License Keys. Then make sure to place your key in the correct registration box for the purchase application
