Windows 11, or Windows 10 version 1809 and later. Windows Server 2016 to 2025, Server Core included, with the Server edition (x64)
Processor
x64 or ARM64, a native build for each
Also needed
Nothing to install first: no .NET, no account. Setup adds Microsoft WebView2 if Windows lacks it, which needs the internet once.
Administrator
To install. Once more if you turn on the change journal for continuous protection.
File Explorer
Setup adds GBM AI: Previous versions to File Explorer’s menu; uninstalling removes it.
Licence
Installing it means you accept the licence agreement. Restore is never locked, in any edition.
